How to make it

  1. Add cookie butter and optional brown sugar to a heatproof glass or mug. Pour in hot espresso and whisk until smooth.

  2. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in milk.

  4. For a hot latte, steam the milk and pour it over the espresso-cookie-butter base.
