How to make it
Heat oven to 350°F. Mix pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 9-by-13-inch pan; bake 8–10 minutes and cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and ½ cup sugar smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust, sealing to the edges. Chill 30 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until room temperature, then stir in strawberries.
Carefully pour gelatin over the chilled cream layer. Refrigerate until fully set before slicing.
