Cabbage Alfredo Pasta

Cabbage Alfredo pasta folds tender sautéed cabbage into a Parmesan-and-pasta-water sauce. The cabbage should soften and take on light colour before the sauce comes together; that keeps the finished pasta savoury rather than watery.

  4. Toss in pasta, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until glossy. Season with pepper and serve.
